Desert Home - The Villa

Facing a beautiful desert view, on the edge of a quiet residential area, Desert Home’s Villa awaits you. It consists of duplex vacation home with unique design features and a panoramic view from the garden and outdoor sitting areas facing the desert hills and the west horizon.

Here you can relax in the desert atmosphere, experience the silence, witness
extraordinary sunsets, and relax after a full day of excursions and sightseeing.

The two-story villa is designed to accommodate up to adult 10 guests (15 or older). Each floor has a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and there are three more sleeping sofas that open up into additional comfortable double beds in the living areas. There are three bathrooms in the house, one featuring a jacuzzi, and the other two with comfortable walk-in showers.

The main kitchen is fully equipped including a stove and a dishwasher. The kitchenette on the upper floor is equipped with a fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle and a coffee machine.

You will also find tableware, coffee, tea, spices and some welcome treats. 

The villa is fully air-conditioned (heating, cooling) and a fireplace (wood) will keep you warm and cozy in the winter time.

Don’t forget to bring some warm clothing for the evenings -even in the summer time, desert temperatures can drop… 

The bedrooms and living areas all have TV’s with satellite channels and audio systems. We recommend to bring your favorite music with you, or you may suffice with the sound of the palm trees in the wind.

In our backyard terrace, there is a large dining table and sitting area facing the stunning views. 

All that’s left for you to do is decide how to spend your day. Resting, hiking in the crater on some of Israel’s most beautiful walking trails, or visiting points of interest nearby. We will always be happy to recommend and give you some tips for finding the less- known attractions in the area.

The villa can be rented as a whole or as two separate units. The “Garden-apartment” can accommodate up to 6 guests, and the “Roof terrace apartment’ can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The stay does not include breakfast.

Payment will be made by cash, check or bank transfer.

Upon booking you will be asked to transfer 50% of the down payment.

Due to the unique character of the place, we are unable to accommodate pets,

nor do we permit outdoor grills.

Check-in time is 14.00 and Check-out time is 11.00.

 

Since the villa is very unique and requested, Please note that the cancellation policy is one month in advance. 

- A cancellation fee will not be charged until one month prior to the accommodation date.

- From one month to two weeks before the date of the accommodation, 50% of the cost of the
  stay will be charged. 

- From 2 weeks to the date of the accommodation, the amount will be charged in full.
